Blue Ridge Surgical Innovations was founded in 2025 with a clear vision: to advance surgical instrumentation through clinician-partnered innovation, delivering tools that enhance surgical performance and elevate patient outcomes.

Our flagship technology, the OrthoTract System, began as a project in Clemson University’s Master of Biomedical Engineering program, nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Developed in collaboration with industry experts and shaped by direct clinical insight, what started as an academic exercise has rapidly evolved into a solution addressing real challenges faced by surgeons in operating rooms every day.
